		<description>Thank you so much for this info.  I will be pulling out when I think it&#039;s maxed out which I believe is very close before the whole thing collapses.  The other thing you didn&#039;t mention in this helpful article however was a large portion of the government owns this fund and is therefore manipulating it.</description>
